Sico Blackberry Gin
is made in the heart of the Sico, using water, yeast, sugar, and a botanical mix.
Triple distilled to provide the cleanest, most crisp Gin we can.
Using our Sico Dry Gin as a base, we infuse the liquor with locally handpicked blckberries, along with sugar, for a minimum of 1 month. Once the infusion is complete, the Blackberry Gin is triple filtered to provide a clean, smooth, sweet Blackberry Gin, that is the perfect drink on a cold winters night, or even better long, on ice with lemonade, or tonic in the summer.
