Why not join us at the BREWhouse here in Alvorge, and learn how to distill Spirits like the big boys? We can accommodate groups of 1-4 people with light tapas style food available by prior arrangement. You will be introduced to the equipment, the ingredients, & the processes involved in making Craft Spirits from all natural ingredients, which includes: The Grainfather All in One Brewing system Malted grain selection, Grain Milling, Mashing, Sparging, Adjuncts, and Liquor transfer. Fermenting and yeasts Temperature control and storage Bottling Samples of current brews are available throughout the day, with a light lunch available*
